Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective from 20th June 2020.

Customer satisfaction has always been a priority at Scabbr. In the event, if you are willing to use the services provided for the next term, we will refund back the money if any, paid to us in advance provided the reasons are genuine and intimated by mail (getintouch@scabbr.com) atleast 15 days before the start of the subscription. If you are subscribed to the service by your institution or organization, please get in touch with them.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations attract a flat fee of ₹30 and must be raised atleast 15 days before the commencement of services. Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the commencement of services will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We are happy to provide refunds to our clients when our solutions don’t work for the client.
For payments done by a card, refunds will be issued to the original payment methods provided at the time of subscription and in case of a UPI or an internet banking transaction, the refunds will be credited to the bank account of the customer.
